"Admiration for the product."

Bitten by the audio bug, and always looking for improvements, I came across Furnaud’s Pressand. Although sceptical, I first wanted to hear what improvemnts this great product could offer. Teun made me two base units, on which I placed both of my amplifiers. One of my much-played and loved LP’s by David Roth (Pearl Diver) was placed on the turntable and immediately I could hear the difference. The stereo sounds, acoustics and clarity were noticably improved and not only that, the guitar was so realistically reproduced I had never heard anything like it. I was so enthusiastic that I wanted all my equipment on these units. However there was a problem in that my Trichord Delphini Phono amplifier was only 15cm wide and 25 cm deep which meant it didn’t fit, so Teun made a unit to measure.

OEven my valve CD player had a turn. Once again I listened and by every piece of equipment there was a marked improvement. My CD player which always did sound broad, natural and precise was always slightly unclear in the lower register. That is now athing of the past. An extremely good recording of Mahler’s 3rd Symphony played by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Bernard Haitink in which the tympani sounds so authentic, became tighter, more precise and much clearer. The results were the same with many other CD’s and LP’s. I also tried another CD player on another unit in a different room and again there were clear improvements.
Teun’s product also improves the quality of cheaper audio equipment.

I am extremely impressed with Teun de Boer’s product, both audibly and visually.

"Compliments to the unit ! Really great!"

The Transrotor sits triumphantly on the rack and plays extremely well. Even at high volume there is absolutely no audible feedback between the speakers and turntable. It’s even ‘pile proof’! While piles where being driven into the ground on the other side of the road, the tower didn’t vibrate. Better still, I could play LP’s and the needle didn’t even jump. The tower stood firm while I could feel the vibrations of the piledriving whilst sitting on the sofa.

"A really great buy."

The made-to-measure unit performs wonderfully. Actually there are six units and that is not nothing. The sound quality is just as if you have bought new equipment. It sounds cleaner, i.e. more natural.

 

 

All-in all a very good buy.
